My letter to Comcast Online. Man, they suck.
Dear tech support:
I just want to personally thank you for being so helpful as I experienced internet difficulties this week on Tuesday. And Wednsday. Thursday too. OH, and of course on Friday as well.
In fact, thanks to a user-friendly phone system (dial 18887930800, hit 1, then 2, then 3, then get hung up on), getting ahold of a well trained (drunk and probably an intern) representative is no problem whatsoever!
And, their highly creative solutions (unplug the modem and plug it back in) makes me feel confident that my ability to get online, as well as the stability of my business, can rest safely in your hands.
So, thanks so much for making my life so much easier with your "High Speed" service.

Ha! XD another letter on here was a customer service guy to a costomer, now I guess I see both sides of the story. Way to go, haha.

Writer's Response: Yeah. It sucks, I had verizon for a while but they were WORSE, so it's back to Comcast. Probably won't ruffle feathers now - it's been working.. weirdly enough!

| Unpluging the modem, wait a couple of minutes, and replug it resets the modem. Same with wireless system. Frustrating though esp. when it relates to business. Hey, there's always the dish.

| I found you can get things moving along if you go to the offending buiness site and send an email to there envesters. people that invest dont like to see people trashing there investment. another good place to vent is www.clarkhoward.com lots of good advice on there. I will try and post about this site on there.
