Dear Bad Driver in the black truck,

I'm just jumping for joy that on my third trip out by myself with my new driver's license you decided to make a turn and nearly clip the front of my car. I sincerely appreciated having to slam on the brakes, all the while praying that I would stop in time. It was a lovely touch that it just so happened to be raining at the time as well.

Every trip I make, I do my best to remain a safe driver. I don't speed. I don't tailgate. I double check before I turn onto a busy road. If I understand these simple rules why can't you?

I just wanted you to know that you scared the crap out of me. At the time I wasn't angry. I couldn't even beep at you to let you know what you did was awful. I've been thinking about it now though, and I wanted to let you know that I think you are rude, inconsiderate, and most of all a horrible driver.
